Tofu

10 gram

Shiitake mushroom

25 gram

Scallion

10 gram

Carrot

10 gram

Garlic

Onion

150 gram

Korean cabbage

100 gram

Pork belly

1 gram

Dried seasoned radish

Instructions

Heat 1/2 Tablespoon of olive oil on a pan.
Add '1' (tofu).

Evenly cook each side of tofu for 2 minutes on medium-high heat.

Remove tofu from the pan and leave them on a plate.

Add '2' (sesame oil, garlic, pork belly) to the pan.

Stir on medium-high heat for 2~4 minutes.

Add '3' (kimchi, vegetables) to the pan.

Stir on medium-high heat for 4~6 minutes.

Move the ingredients onto the plate with tofu.
