Instructions

Prepare cooked rice in a bowl.

Heat 1 Tablespoon of olive oil on a pan.
Add '2' (vegetables).

Stir on medium-high heat for 1.5~2 minutes.
Pour cooked vegetables on top of the rice in the bowl.

Add '3' (beef, shiitake mushroom) to the pan.

Stir on high heat for 2~4 minutes (or until fully cooked).

Pour beef & mushroom on top of the rice in the bowl.

Add '4a' (egg) to the pan.

Cook the egg to your preference (over medium recommended).

Pour egg on top of the rice.

Add '4b' (sesame oil, sauce) to the bowl. Mix well.
