Ranked as one of the most beloved pancake among many in Korean cuisine, it brings out the flavor of kimchi while blending beautifully with other ingredients.

Instructions

Add '1' (vegetables, kimchi, mixed powder) to a bowl.

Mix well.

Add '2' (squid) and 150mL of water to the bowl.

Mix well.

Add 2 Tablespoon of olive oil to a pan.
Add 1 serving portion of ingredients.
Spread them flat evenly over the pan.
Leave to cook on medium-high heat for 5~7 minutes.

Flip the pancake. Add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil on the sides of the pan so the boil flows to beneath the pancake.
Press down with spoon.
Leave to cook on medium-high heat for 5~7 minutes.
Flip one more time.
Leave to cook for 1~2 minutes on medium-high heat.
Repeat steps 3&4 for additional servings.
