Heat 2 Tablespoon of olive oil on a pan.
Add "1a" (drumstick).
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Add "1b" (butter). Heat on high heat for 1 minute.
Add 3 Tablespoon of water and cover with a lid.
Heat on medium heat for 6~8 minutes while flipping the chicken every three minutes.
Heat 2 Tablespoon of olive oil on another pan.
Add '3a' (carrot & garlic) and stir on medium-high heat for 1 minute.
Add '3b' (vegetables, red wine, tomato) and stir on medium-high heat for 2~3 minutes.
Add chicken from step 2 to the pan.
Add '4' (vinegar) and medium on medium-light heat for 3~5 minutes.
