Instructions

Bring water to boil.

Add '1' (somen) and boil on high heat for 3.5 ~ 5 minutes.

Move somen to a colander.
Rinse under cold water.
Lightly press the noodles against the colander to squeeze the water out.

Move the noodle to a large bowl.
Add '3a' (sesame oil, sesame seed, sauce) and mix well.

Move the noodle to individual bowls.
Add '3b' (kimchi broth, kimchi) to the bowl.
