Add 350mL of water to a pot. Bring to boil. Add '1' (beef & shiitake, vegetables, mushrooms, sauce, garlic). Stir the beef in the pot to prevent them from clumping together.

Optional: Add 1 (hot pepper) for spicy flavor.

Boil on medium-high heat for 5~8 minutes.

Add '2' (noodle) to the pot.

Boil on medium-high heat for 1~2 minutes.

Add '3' (enoki mushroom) to the pot.

Boil on low heat for 30 seconds.
